Desroches Partners is seeking to hire experienced CPA's for the role of Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager in our Dallas or Houston office.  Responsibilities include:  Review and see to completion preparation of federal and state individual, corporate, partnership and trust tax returns of varying complexities Build and manage client relationships Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members Apply technical expertise to a client’s business and tax planning needs Manage IRS examinations and correspondence Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law Assist with new business development Thoroughly research tax issues and effectively communicate the results of your research Assist
